Our Equipment
Schlebach Quadro PLUS Roll Forming Equipment
We produce both 1½" Snap Lock and Mechanical Lock profiles directly on your job site — custom lengths, no transport damage, and panels that go straight from the machine to the roof.
What is the Schlebach Quadro PLUS?
The Schlebach Quadro PLUS is a professional-grade mobile roll forming machine capable of producing metal roof and siding panels directly at your job site. Rather than ordering pre-cut panels from a distant facility, OneKEpp brings the machine to you — panels are formed to the exact length required, with zero off-cuts and no transport damage.
This approach is standard practice for high-quality metal roofing installations across BC and is a key reason our finished projects look cleaner and last longer than work done with pre-fabricated panels.

Why on-site forming matters
Custom lengths, zero waste
Every panel is cut to the exact measurement of your roof or wall — no off-cuts, no material waste, and no seams where there should not be any.
On-site production
The machine travels to your project. Panels are formed the same day they are installed, keeping your schedule tight and your site tidy.
Consistent quality
Computer-controlled forming ensures every panel is identical in profile and dimension — critical for weathertight seams and a professional finish.
Multiple profiles available
The Schlebach Quadro PLUS supports quick profile changeovers, allowing us to produce standing seam and snap lock panel styles from the same machine.
Panel Notching Available
OneKEpp offers precision panel notching for both Mechanical Lock and Snap Lock profiles. Notching removes the excess material from the standing seams at the panel ends, allowing installers to quickly and cleanly fold the panel at eaves and other terminations. This reduces time-consuming hand cutting on site, improves consistency, and creates a cleaner, more professional finished detail.
Mechanical Lock
Precision notching for Mechanical Lock standing seam panels — removes seam material at panel ends for clean eave folds and neat terminations on any roof geometry.
Snap Lock
Precision notching for Snap Lock panels — eliminates hand cutting on site and delivers consistent, professional-looking terminations on residential and commercial projects.
How it works on your project
