Panel Profiles
OneKEpp produces two panel profiles. All dimensions are nominal — see the tolerances section below for manufacturing allowances.
1-1/2" Standing Seam
SS-38
Concealed-fastener standing seam panel with a 1-1/2" (38 mm) rib height. Clean, modern appearance with superior weather resistance. Ideal for residential and commercial roofing.

1-1/2" Snap Lock
SL-38
Snap-lock panel with a 1-1/2" (38 mm) rib height. Panels snap together without exposed fasteners for a fast, clean installation. Suitable for roofing and wall cladding.

Material Options
All profiles are available in the following substrate and coating options. Material selection depends on your application, environment, and aesthetic requirements.
Pre-painted Steel (SMP)
Available gauges
Cost-effective painted option. Good colour retention and flexibility. 25-year fade warranty on SMP finish.
Pre-painted Steel (PVDF)
Available gauges
Full colour range available. 40-year fade warranty on PVDF finish.
Galvalume® Steel (AZ150)
Available gauges
Superior corrosion resistance. Recommended for coastal and high-humidity environments.
Galvanized Steel (G90)
Available gauges
Standard substrate for most applications.
Copper
Available gauges
Premium architectural material. Natural patina progresses from bright copper to brown to classic verdigris green.
Manufacturing Tolerances
OneKEpp panels are produced to the following standard tolerances. Tighter tolerances are available on request for precision applications.

All panels are custom-cut on-site using the Schlebach Quadro PLUS roll forming machine. Because panels are produced to your exact measurements rather than pre-cut at a factory, field trimming is rarely required.
